Telugu Desam Party general secretary with much enthusiasm is continuing his padayatra Yuva Galam. The padayatra is currently in the undivided Prakasham district. He met the villagers of Gudevaripalem of Kanigiri assembly segment today and received many complaints. The villagers particularly pointed out the sad state of the roads in the rural areas of Andhra Pradesh.
Nara Lokesh heard their plea and stated that the contractors are scared of taking up even mini works as the YSRCP government hasn’t cleared off bills worth 1.30 lakh crores yet. He recalled that 25,000 kilometers long roads were built during the TDP regime and promised that the TDP government after coming to power would be taking up rural roads as the priority.
He has also promised that the TDP government will supply safe drinking water to every doorstep through the water grid. He criticized that Jagan and his government are least bothered about the people’s problems.
