Telangana IT Minister KT Rama Rao has questioned Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla as Telangana BJP MP Bandi Sanjay Kumar used derogatory comments against Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao as stated by KTR.
He quoted Rahul Gandhi’s disqualification as a Member of the Lok Sabha for calling out the Prime Minister’s surname in a demeaning way as an example. KTR tweeted, “So an MP of Congress was disqualified from his membership for calling out PM’s surname in a derogatory way. Now a BJP MP from Telangana goes to great lengths and denigrates Telangana’s twice-elected popular CM KCR in the filthiest language in Loksabha yesterday. What should you/we do now Speaker Sir? @ombirlakota.”
Going into the context, Bandi Sanjay made his speech on the occasion of the No Confidence Motion moved against BJP by the opposition alliance INDIA and BRS party. Bandi Sanjay Kumar commented about KCR which many found derogatory. BRS activists have been demanding action against Bandi Sanjay for the comments he made against their leader.
