In a shocking incident, a passenger plane carrying 68 people including four crew members has been crashed in Nepal’s Pokhara. The accident happened just before landing. It is reported that the plane crashed between the old airport and the Pokhara International Airport. Though the authorities begin relief activities very soon after hearing the news, they couldn’t save the lives as the planes burst into the fire after the crash.
The authorities have revealed that the passengers on board were 53 from Nepal, 5 from India, 4 from Russia, 1 from Ireland, 2 from Korea, 1 from Argentina, and 1 from France. The Nepal government has formed a five-member committee to probe into the incident. Pokhara where the accident occurred is an area with mountains and sudden weather changes might be the main reason for the accident.
