YSRCP rebel MP K. Raghu Ramakrishnam Raju (RRR) spoke about the Government’s venture into the real estate business. He said that people shouldn’t blindly trust this investment as it is by Government. He criticized that this scheme will come under Jagananna Swaha Scheme.
Our Chief Minister doesn’t have money to lay roads but he is now selling plots, said the rebel MP. He has also said that “Government is claiming the plots are at a cheaper price but the reality is different. Some are claiming that the prices are more than double the market price.
I suspect that the money paid by the public towards these plots would get diverted to other schemes. It might end up as a HappyNest venture in the planned region. It is nothing but a Swaha Pathakam”.
