Munugode MLA Komatireddy Rajagopal Reddy has resigned as the MLA. He spoke with the media in this regard. He said that it is for the good of the Munugode constituency. Komatireddy says that KCR is alone concentrating on the constituencies that have by-elections coming up.
Speaking to the media, “There is no development in Munugode. My decision is based on the Munugode people’s wish. I offered Munugode’s seat to the TRS for the sake of development but they heed deaf ears. Congress party’s leadership weakened and this is also the major reason for my resignation. I have deep regret that I can’t be able to do anything for the Munugode people. So, my resignation can pave way for the development,” said Komatireddy Rajagopal Reddy.
With Komatireddy’s resignation, by-elections will be held very soon. It is said that Komatireddy is looking to join BJP. More details are awaited.
