The Andhra Pradesh High Court today directed Andhra Pradesh CID not to arrest Telugu Desam Party General Secretary Nara Lokesh until October 4th. The court today gave its verdict on the anticipatory bail petitions of Lokesh in the fiber grid and inner ring road cases.

However, the court stated that the APCID could issue notices to Lokesh under CRPC 41A before arresting him. On the other hand, the court has also ordered Nara Lokesh to cooperate with the CID in the investigation.

The latest news is that the officials from the CID have been to New Delhi to serve notices to Nara Lokesh personally. It is known that AP CID has alleged Nara Lokesh in the Skill Development Scam, Inner Ring Road, and fiber grid cases.

Meanwhile, the Telugu Desam Party has called its cadre to ring in sounds on September 30th in support of Nara Chandrababu Naidu. He is currently serving remand in Rajahmundry jail in the Skill Development Case.
