51-year-old Indian-American Nikki Haley is going to challenge her fellow Republican Party leader Donald Trump. It is already well known that Donald Trump is going to run for US Presidential election in 2024. Now, Nikki Haley has sent out invitations for a special announcement.
Haley wrote, ‘My family and I have a big announcement to share with you on February 15th! And yes, it’s definitely going to be a Great Day in South Carolina!.’ on Twitter.
It is expected that Haley is going to announce her Presidential run on a coveted day. A few weeks back, Haley announced that she will not bid for the Presidential election if Trump is in the line but looks like she changed her mind. Nikki Haley previously served as the governor of South Carolina twice. Haley also served as the US ambassador to the United Nations from 2017 to 2018 for two years during Donald Trump’s presidency.
