After an inspiring match against Pakistan, India without any break is facing Srilanka in the Asia Cup 2023 Super Four stage. India and Srilanka both have won a game each in the Super Fours and they are currently placed in the top two. This game is going to be crucial for both the teams. While Srilanka is highly confident with record wins to their names, India is back with a massive win against Pakistan.

Indian batting order looks all settled and the bowling attack is strong enough as well. Looking at the pitch conditions, India has made a single change. As there is no grass and the thought that the pitch might assist spinners, the team has decided to bring in Axar Patel in place of Shardul Thakur. Other than that there are no changes to the playing XI.

Captain Rohit Sharma has won the toss and elected to bat first. Let us have a look at the playing XI.
