Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Party chief and former Prime Minister of Pakistan Imran Khan along with thousands of his supporters has reached the Data Darbar of Lahore. Imran Khan and his supporters want that elections should be held immediately in Pakistan.

On the other hand, Islamabad Police has reached Lahore with two non-bailable warrants against the PTI chief Imran Khan.

Despite the government banning the rally in Lahore, thousands of workers of Imran Khan’s party are actively participating in it.

Fireworks were set off when Imran Khan reached Data Darbar in Lahore. Apart from an ambulance, a large number of police forces are also involved in the rally. This rally has reached Data Darbar moving at a very fast pace.

Imran Khan gave a short speech to the election rally from inside his car and said that an election rally will be held at Minar-e-Pakistan on coming Sunday.

Earlier, Khan left for the march from his house in Zaman Park and reached Lahore via police helicopter from Islamabad.

The police have come to execute the non-bailable warrant issued against Imran Khan for not appearing in the court in the Toshakhana case. A warrant has also been issued against him for threatening a woman judge during a rally.

Earlier, the Lahore administration had given permission for a limited march on the condition that the activists or leaders would not make statements against the judiciary.

Pakistan government has registered around 80 cases against PTI chief Imran Khan in the last one year.
