The Andhra Pradesh High Court has today issued notices to Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister and YSR Congress chief YS Jaganmohan Reddy in a personal capacity. The case is regarding the misusage of government funds for the ruling party’s advantage. It is alleged that the government has released funds to companies like Jagathi Publications which is against the rules. It is also alleged that government funds shouldn’t be used for advertisements and publications to help the YSR Congress.

A petition was filed in Andhra Pradesh High Court requesting a CBI investigation regarding this case. The High Court today issued notices to Jagan, AP Financial Secretary, and YCP special correspondent.

Those who have received the notices should have to respond against the allegations. They have to answer to the claims that the government funds have been utilized to enhance the image of the ruling party through advertisements and publications.
