Royal Challengers Bangalore: Royal Challengers Bangalore opener Virat Kohli and Lucknow Super Giants mentor Gautham Gambhir were involved in a verbal spat after the match got concluded. Royal Challengers Bangalore managed to defend a low score of 126 restricting LSG to just 108, thus winning the match by 18 runs. After the match, Virat Kohli had an altercation with LSG bowler Naveen-Ul-Haq and also when he is talking with Kyle Mayers, Gautham Gambhir spurged into the scene and took Mayers away.
After that, Kohli and Gambhir had an ugly verbal spat which was intervened by the players. They both had an animated chat and a few words exchanged. This is not the first time that Gambhir and Kohli had an on-field altercation. They had an ugly fight nearly 10 years back in an IPL match.
Now, with the latest altercation, they both were fined 100 percent of the match fees.
