Natural Star Nani’s recent outing Hi Nanna turned out to be a decent success. The film collected 1.8 million dollars overseas making it a huge hit there. Even in the domestic market, Hi Nanna was a successful venture as well. The film is now nearing its theatrical run.
Now, the digital release of the film is announced. OTT giant Netflix made it official that Hi Nanna will stream on their platform within four weeks of its release. From January 4th, Hi Nanna will be available to stream. The film will be available to stream in multiple languages.
We have seen this trend of star heroes’ movies available to stream within one month of their theatrical release. But it was controlled later making it at least 6 weeks window period. However, Hi Nanna didn’t come under that. With a star hero movie available in the OTT platforms within a month, then it is going to affect the theatrical businesses of further movies.
