Former US President Donald Trump’s daughter Ivanka Trump has voluntarily submitted herself for 8 hours of trial before the house committee regarding the case of the attack on Capitol Hill on January 6, 2021. In this attack case, the house committee has grilled over 800 witnesses.
The voluntary interview with Trump’s daughter has started in the morning and ended at around 6 PM on Tuesday. Donald Trump supporters attacked Capitol Hill in large numbers after the US presidential results which caused heavy violence. The House committee said there was evidence that Ivanka’s father had asked Donald Trump to prevent the attack, and therefore ordered a voluntary trial.
Committee chair Bennie Thompson has revealed that Ivanka Trump has answered questions, but not in a broad or chatty term, she just answered them.
