Sankranthi celebrations were held grandly at Ravindra Bharati, Hyderabad under the guidance of Bharat Arts Academy. Telangana State Police Housing Corporation Chairman Mr. Koleti Damodar Gupta was the chief guest along with UBlood app founder Dr. Jai Yalamanchili, film and TV actress Ms. Malakpet Sailaja, Bonala Icon Telangana Shiv Shakti Welfare Association President Dr. Shyamala Devi and others participated as guests of honour.
Sankranti Nandi awards were presented after with Sankranti celebrations in this program organized which again was under the guidance of Bharat Arts Academy. At the beginning of the program, song competitions and dance competitions of Bharatanatyam and Kuchipudi by children entertained the audience. Damodar Gupta, Dr. Jai Yalamanchili and others were honored in this program. Many congratulated Jai Yalamanchili for taking such a great initiative like UBlood app.
Blood is our lifeline and we need it at emergency situations like accidents, operations, etc., We also know that due to lack of the required blood, a lot of lives are being lost and blood banks play a key role in this regard. UBlood comes up with a different touch where the donors and recipients of blood will be connected.
The audience showered Dr. Jai Yalamanchili with applause as he explained the greatness of the app.
