Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jaganmohan Reddy is adamant in developing Vishakapatnam as the state’s capital. It is already known that the buildings at the Rushikonda were proposed to be used as CM camp offices. However, legal issues delayed moving the capital to Vizag.
However, Jagan is keen to develop Vizag as the capital city and his latest speech suggests the same. His motive is quite clear. “We will develop Vishakapatnam as the capital city and we will start the administration. I will win the next elections and take the oath as the Chief Minister in Vishakapatnam,” YS Jagan said.
In his speech, Jagan stressed the capital issue and has shown confidence in winning the next elections. He made it clear that Vizag would be the center of the administration if he was given the chance second term. We have to wait and see whether this is possible or not.
