Rebel Star Prabhas’s latest movie Salaar release date has been finally announced. Salaar was initially announced for September 28th release but it has been postponed due to unfinished works. After a few days, the production house has finally announced the release date.
As expected Salaar has chosen a Christmas release date for the movie. Salaar: The Ceasefire is scheduled for December 22nd release. The production house Hombale Films has made the official confirmation.
Salaar is a two-part gangster drama in which Prabhas will be seen in the lead role. Shruti Haasan plays the female lead. Malayalam Star Prithviraj Sukumaran will be seen in a crucial role in the movie.
With the official announcement coming, it is Dunki vs. Salaar at the national box office. It is going to be the biggest clash in recent times. Dunki has SRK in the lead role and is directed by Raj Kumar Hirani.
Salaar’s announcement comes as a huge shock for some of the Telugu films as well. Nani’s Hi Nanna, Venkatesh’s Saindhav, and Nithiin’s Extra were announced for Christmas weekend releases.
