Siddhu Jonnalagadda starrer DJ Tillu is turning out to be a profitable venture for the producers. The movie has raked in good business now and even the OTT deal is closed before the release. DJ Tillu has been released today but the deal was locked recently. It is said that Telugu OTT platform Aha has grabbed the OTT rights for a hefty price.
Though the deal is sealed, the sources close to the production company revealed that the film will not be released any time sooner on the OTT platform. The release date for the digital release is not locked yet and will be updated at a later time, revealed the source.
Directed by Vimal Krishna, the movie is getting a decent response from the audience. Even the critics gave decent reviews. Neha Shetty has played the female lead in this comedy caper targeted at urban youth.
