Icon Star Allu Arjun’s Pushpa The Rise is a film that is based on the Red Sandalwood smuggling. The movie shows the rise of Pushpa Raj by smuggling Red Sanders. The second installment will also be based on the same concept. The recently released Rama Rao on Duty has also touched on this Red Sanders concept.
However, there is a difference in the concepts shown in both movies. There is one crucial sequence in Pushpa where Allu Arjun uses the reservoir effectively to make Red Sanders disappear away from the Police. In that scene, Red Sandalwood logs float to the reservoir.
But in Rama Rao on Duty, director Sarath Mandava said in a sequence that the Red Sanders is dense that they would drown in the water. In the movie, it is also effectively shown that the smugglers used that nature to hide it under the water.
Now, these different concepts are obviously confusing the audiences.
