To mark the birthday of Power Star Pawan Kalyan, the fans have witnessed the re-release of Jalsa in 4K prints. They had a gala time rewatching the movie again on the big screen reminiscing the memories of the actual release time. The movie had a record release on around 501+ screens and the collections are astounding as well.
It is said that the movie has collected a gross of 2.85 Cr worldwide which is now the benchmark for the re-releases. Pokiri started the trend and now Jalsa has taken it to the next level. From Nizam alone, the movie has collected Rs. 1.2 Cr approximately. Uttarandhra region collections are Rs. 26 lakh, while Krishna region got Rs 21 lakh, West Godavari recorded Rs. 14 lakh and Nellore’s collections are Rs. 10 lakh.
Directed by Trivikram Srinivas, Jalsa has Ileana in the female lead role. It is the first combination of Pawan Kalyan and Trivikram Srinivas.
