Mega hero Varun Tej is coming before the audience with a sports drama. Varun has turned boxer for the movie Ghani. The film is releasing tomorrow. It’s a huge risk taken by the Ghani team as RRR mania is still there and within a week, two biggies Beast and KGF Chapter 2 are going to hit the screens.
However, the Ghani team is confident in their output. Ghani has done a decent worldwide pre-release business as well. The movie needs to collect more than Rs. 27 Cr worldwide to be considered successful. Nizam takes the major share as the film has done a pretty decent business of Rs. 8.10 Cr. Andhra’s share is Rs. 9.60 Cr and Ceeded business would be around Rs. 3.60 Cr. The Rest of India, Overseas, Publicity charges cost around Rs. 6 Cr.
Overall, the film should cross Rs. 27 Cr and it had just one week’s time to recover the major share. We have to wait and see how Ghani would perform.
