Taapsee Pannu is playing the lead role in the movie Shabaash Mithu which is the biopic made on Indian Women’s legendary cricketer Mithali Raj. The movie has now finally got a release date. It has been much delayed due to the pandemic and a release date has now been announced.
Taapsee has shared a new poster from the movie and captioned the image, “There is nothing more powerful than a girl with a dream and a plan to realize it! This is a story of one such girl who chased her dream with a bat in this “Gentleman’s Game” #ShabaashMithu The Unheard Story Of Women In Blue will be in cinemas on 15th July 2022.”
Yes, the movie is finally coming on July 15th, 2022. Srijit Mukherji has directed the movie. Shabaash Mithu will throw light on the struggles Mithali Raj faced to become the cricketer she is now. Mithali Dorai Raj is currently the Women’s ODI and Test team captain.
