Daring and dashing director Puri Jagannath is coming after a gap with the Liger. The movie is hitting the screens on August 25th. Creative director Sukumar has joined Liger promotions. He interacted with Puri Jagannath discussing various aspects of the making of Liger and other interesting things.
During the interview, Puri Jagannath revealed that the stammering problem Vijay faces in the movie is the idea given by Allu Arjun.
“During Iddarammayilatho shoot, Bunny used to discuss a Hollywood director who showcases his heroes with some disability or the other. I felt stammering will be a good idea and discussed with Bunny and he liked it as well. I wanted to do a movie on mixed martial arts and incorporated this stammering issue in Liger,” revealed Puri Jagannath.
In the same interview, Sukumar revealed that he tried to be an assistant director of Puri Jagannath.
