South Africa in the series decider has tumbled down. The team crumbed for the spin on a moist wicket. Indian spinners were on the money from the word go. Having won the toss, Dhawan decided to bowl first. Washington Sundar straight away took the wicket of de Kock and opened his account. Mohammad Siraj from the other end bowled beautifully and took a couple of scalps as well.
The wicket has some hold and Indian spinners beautifully explored the advantage. Washington Sundar and Shahbaz Ahmed bowled in tandem and shared four wickets each. Kuldeep Yadav came into the attack when SA was 5 wickets down and he didn’t waste any time. He picked four wickets and bundled out the innings for just 99.
This is SA’s lowest score against India. Except for Klaasen who scored 34 no one has shown any application. Only three batsmen crossed double-digit mark.
