Indian Captain Rohit Sharma today revealed a major update on Opener Shubhman Gill’s availability for the India vs Pakistan high-octane clash. It is known that Shubhman Gill suffered from Dengue fever ahead of India’s warm-up games before the World Cup started. He missed the team’s first two games due to non-availability. The news on Shubhman Gill reported after he was seen practicing in the nets in Ahmedabad. Ahead of the pre-match conference, Rohit Sharma has given an update on his availability.
Rohit Sharma said that 99 percent, Shubhman Gill is available. He continued, “We’ll see tomorrow about that,” he replied. If Shubhman Gill is included in the playing XI, then Ishan Kishan has to make way for him. Ishan Kishan played matches against Australia and Afghanistan and scored 47 runs.
India and Pakistan’s much-awaited clash will be played in Ahmedabad tomorrow. Other than this, there might not be any changes to the playing XI for the side.
