Moeen Ali, Chennai Super Kings allrounder is still waiting for his visa to be cleared. Moeen Ali reportedly is frustrated about the delay in Visa clearance as he submitted the paper works four weeks ago. Moeen Ali is a key member of CSK, as the franchise retained the England player for Rs. 8 Crores.

Moeen’s Ali father Munir Ali, described Cricbuzz, the incident as terrible. “He has played there quite a fair number of times. I don’t see a reason why the clearance hasn’t happened yet,” he said.

CSK CEO Kasi Viswanathan has revealed that he will miss out on the first game obviously. He is ready to board the flight as soon as he gets the Visa clearance. We have spoken to Jay Shah, BCCI secretary and they are doing the needful as well. We hope things will be positive very soon.

There is a 3 day mandatory quarantine period for the players coming from outside.
