Ex-MP YS Vivekananda Reddy’s murder had enough twists and turns of a thriller. His daughter YS Sunitha today made some sensational comments in front of the Supreme Court. She argued against the anticipatory bail petition issued by the Telangana High Court. Sunitha herself presented her version before the apex court.
According to her, YS Jaganmohan Reddy had prior knowledge of the murder of her father. She claimed that YS Avinash Reddy, accused #8 as per the CBI is being protected by the AP government.
She argued that YS Avinash Reddy isn’t cooperating with the CBI questionnaire and is skipping purposefully their investigation. Sunitha even criticized the Telangana High Court’s decision to issue anticipatory bail to YS Avinash Reddy. She further requested the top court to cancel the bail petition.
Supreme Court heard the argument and postponed the case to June 19th. A decision will be taken regarding the anticipatory bail and further action might happen after that day.
