YSRCP MP Avinash Reddy has been facing heat from the CBI regarding the murder of his uncle YS Vivekananda Reddy. In the investigation by the CBI, the investigation agency had to point fingers at Avinash Reddy based on various factors and he was called for questioning a couple of times already along with his father Bhaskar Reddy.
While it seems Avinash Reddy’s arrest by the CBI is inevitable, the Kadapa MP approached the High Court requesting the court to order not to arrest him by the CBI. After hearing the plea, High Court directed CBI to submit the case file and related documents in connection with the case.
To the court, the CBI submitted 10 documents, 35 statements from the witnesses, and the related photos as well. The court after the hearing ordered the CBI not to arrest Avinash Reddy till the judgement will be passed.
It is a temporary relief for the MP in this murder case.
