“Will be appearing before ED on 11th”: Kavitha issues clarity

Telangana MLC Kalvakuntla Kavitha has a while ago issued clarity regarding the ED summons. It is known that ED issued a summons to Kavitha to appear before them on the 9th of this month. However, Kavitha responded to the summons that she will be taking legal advice for attending the questioning as she will be preoccupied with a one-day hunger strike.

Kavitha released a statement in which she said, “I have been summoned by ED to appear on March 9th in Delhi. As a law-abiding citizen, I’ll fully cooperate with investigation agencies. However, due to the Dharna & prefixed appointments, I’ll see legal opinions on the date of attending it.”

“Under the leadership of Chief Minister KCR, the BRS will continue to fight to expose the BJP’s failures and raise its voice for a brighter and better future for India,” she added.

Now Kalvakuntla Kavitha issued clarity regarding the ED summons. She tweeted, “I will be appearing before the Enforcement Directorate in New Delhi on March 11, 2023.”
