While the other governments are easing the restrictions imposed earlier, the Andhra Pradesh government has now announced that the night curfew is going to be extended for another two weeks. The Government of Andhra Pradesh has released the abstract stating the same.
In the order, it reads, “After a thorough review of the COVID-19 situation, the Government hereby extend the night curfew beyond 31st January 2022 for a further period of two weeks i.e., till February 14th,” the timings for the night curfew remains the same i.e., from 11 PM to 5 AM. Along with the night curfew, all the other instructions/directions issued by the Government previously will also be continued.
This is the order issued by Principal Secretary to Government, Anil Kumar Singhal. This move is to curb the positive cases that are on the rise in the state.
