Andhra Pradesh government has brought down curtains on the confusion. The government has issued orders removing the 50 percent occupancy limit that is continuing since January in the state. The G.O was passed due to the rise in the pandemic COVID cases. Now, the cases have seen the downfall. So, the government has eased the restrictions.
They have issued a fresh G.O. From today Cinema halls can function with full capacity. This is indeed a big boost for the Telugu Cinema Industry which is waiting for these guidelines to implement. During the third wave, the Telangana government hasn’t imposed any restrictions. While the other South Indian states have lifted the restrictions long back, the Andhra Pradesh government has taken a long time to issue fresh orders.
In the coming weeks, some biggies from Tollywood are going to be released. A G.O regarding the change in ticket prices is also expected very soon.
