It is very well known that Lok Sabha speaker Om Birla admitted the No-Confidence Motion submitted by Congress MP Gaurav Gogoi. Along with the Congress-led alliance INDIA, other parties like BRS have supported the No-Confidence motion. With the speaker accepting the motion as per the laws, the ruling government had to prove its strength in the Parliament. Most of the parties which have representation made their stand clear in this regard.
Now, all eyes are on the veteran leader Nara Chandrababu Naidu. Will TDP support BJP in the No-Confidence motion or will it oppose it? Current political significance in Andhra Pradesh has turned interesting as the ruling party YSRCP has opposed the No-Confidence motion and extended its support to the BJP. Now, will Chandrababu do the same or will he oppose it?
If he supports the motion, then it will be difficult for the TDP-BJP-Jana Sena alliance to go for the 2024 elections. What will CBN do now is interesting.
