Bharat Rashtra Samithi is continuing the trend of announcing its contesting candidates firsthand. K Chandrasekhar Rao has confirmed that he is going to contest from two assembly constituencies Gajwel and Kamareddy. He is the sitting MLA of Gajwel constituency and this time he has decided to contest from Kamareddy as well. A total of seven changes were made which include the constituencies of Boath, Khanapur, Wyra, Korutla, Uppal, Asifabad, and Vemulawada. KCR made this announcement from Telangana Bhavan today.

Four constituencies which include Nampally, Narsapur, Goshamahal, and Jangaon were kept on hold and would be announced later. Among the notable changes, Paidi Kaushik Reddy would contest from Huzurabad, and Late G Sayanna’s daughter L Nanditha in place of her father would contest from the Secunderabad Cantonment area.

KCR has trusted his sitting MLAs the most. He is going with the winning formula. The elections are likely to be held toward the end of the year.
