The Greater Washington Telugu Cultural Association in Washington DC organized a special event featuring the Sita Ramam team. Dulquer Salman, Mrunal Thakur, Swapna Dutt, Hanu Raghavapudi, and a few musical artists as the chief guests. Sai Sudha Paladugu presided over the event.
Sai Sudha on this occasion said that it is the responsibility of everyone to pass on the language to future generations. GWTS has a special place in American Telugu communities. “GWTCS has a special place. For the past 47 years, the Telugu tradition and cultural traditions have been brought closer to the next generations,” she said.
Dulquer Salman said that “I am happy to meet so many Telugu people in one place. I am thankful that my films are well received by the Telugu people in America.
Mrunal Thakur thanked the people who made Sita Ramam a grand success. Representatives of many communities including TANA and ATA participated in this event. Thousands of Telugu NRIs attended this event and made it a grand success. Children’s dances and Women’s fashion shows entertained everyone.
