YS Viveka murder case:  Tensions continued to prevail in Kurnool town in Andhra Pradesh today as the CBI officials stayed in the place to arrest Kadapa MP, YSRCP key leader YS Avinash Reddy in relation to the YS Viveka murder case. Avinash Reddy did not attend the probe of CBI which was scheduled today citing his mother’s health who was admitted to a private hospital in Kurnool.

YS Avinash Reddy wrote a letter to CBI that he will not be attending due to the condition of his mother but the officials denied it. They visited the hospital and enquired their health condition. YSRCP activists and supporters reached the hospital in large numbers as the rumors that Avinash Reddy will be arrested.

CBI officials on the other hand met Kadapa SP and reviewed the law and order situation after he gets arrested. The CBI officials met Kadapa SP second time in the day requesting additional forces to arrest Avinash Reddy. They have also reportedly asked Avinash through SP to surrender to avoid being arrested.

Currently, no arrests have happened and the tensions continue to prevail.
