In the anticipatory bail petition hearing, CBI has put its arguments before the high court. Yesterday, the CBI told the high court that Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jaganmohan Reddy was aware of the murder of his uncle YS Vivekananda Reddy before 6:15 AM on that day i.e., before the world knows about it. However, CBI stated that it was not known through whom YS Jagan came to know about the murder beforehand.

CBI has also mentioned to the court that YS Avinash Reddy was on Whatsapp call from 12:27 AM to 1:10 AM on the day Vivekananda Reddy was murdered and again CBI was unaware of who was on the other side of the call. The CBI said to the court that the case has to be investigated by June 30th and it will be only possible if Avinash Reddy cooperates with them.

The CBI urged Court to give Avinash Reddy for custodial investigation. The case will be taken before the court again today.
