Ace producer Dil Raju has shelved his nephew’s flick. This is the latest speculation that is doing rounds in the film circles. Dil Raju associated with Sukumar for this project and Sukumar Writings is the co-production house behind this one. He has introduced one of his associates Kasi as the director of the movie. The picture has Ashish in the lead role and it is titled Selfish.
Already 50 percent of the shooting has been wrapped and unfortunately, after watching the rushes, both Dil Raju and Sukumar felt it was not up to the standards. After a couple of meetings, they decided to shelve the project completely. Dil Raju already spent Rs. 12.5 Crores on this project.
Now, Dil Raju and Sukumar have been thinking of teaming up for another project. More details about it will be unveiled very soon.
