Kalki 2898 AD, a science-fiction action entertainer is one of the much anticipated projects and much-awaited films of this year. It is being made on a Pan-Indian level. Prabhas will be seen in the lead role. The majority of the shooting was completed and the film was scheduled for May 9th, 2024 release. The makers Vyjayanthi Films have selected their sentiment date for the release but as per the close sources, the film had to be postponed.
The delay in the post-production works is said to be the reason for the delay. After consulting various teams of post-production, Nag Ashwin has sought more time for post-production. VFX is being used extensively for this flick.
A fresh date will be announced by the movie team very soon. Currently, the last schedule of the film is happening in Hyderabad. Deepika Padukone is the film’s leading lady. Amitabh Bachchan, and Kamal Haasan will be seen in important roles in the flick. Santosh Narayanan composes the music for this movie.
