Kadapa MP, YSRCP key leader Avinash Reddy has today skipped the CBI questioning today. CBI asked Avinash Reddy to attend the meeting on Tuesday, this was informed on Monday to him. Though Avinash Reddy reached Hyderabad, he sent a communication to CBI that he wouldn’t be available for questioning as he had prior commitments to attend. He opined that at least four to five days prior communication would be sufficient for him.
It is already known that the Telangana High Court ordered Avinash Reddy to be available for CBI questioning. However, Avinash Reddy asked for an exemption today. We have to wait and see how CBI will react to Avinash Reddy’s exemption. Avinash Reddy already complained to the CBI that a vehicle has been following his convoy.
Avinash Reddy was first included in the chargesheet in relation to YS Viveka’s murder case but was later changed to accused. It is known that his father Bhaskar Reddy was already arrested.
