It is very well known that Tamilisai Soundararajan, the other day has resigned from the post of Telangana Governor. She is expected to contest as MP from a constituency in Tamil Naidu from Bharatiya Janata Party. The latest news from the Raj Bhavan is that the resignation of Tamilisai is accepted with immediate effect.
Also, CP Radhakrishnan was handed the responsibility of additional in-charge Governor of Telangana. Radhakrishnan is currently serving as the Governor of Jharkhand. In addition to this, he will also be the Lieutenant Governor of Puducherry, the post also vacated by Tamilisai.
Radhakrishnan became the third Tamilian to be the Governor of Telangana after ESL Narasimhan and Tamilisai.
