It comes as a huge shocker as Actor and Composer Vijay Antony’s daughter Meera died today. Reportedly, she committed suicide in the early hours of Tuesday, at 3 AM at their residence in Alwarpet, Chennai. She was found hanging to the ceiling in her room. She was 16 years old. Meera was taken to the hospital immediately after house help saw her hanging but the doctors declared brought dead.
According to the reports, Meera was fighting depression and was undergoing treatment for the same. More details are awaited in this regard and the Police officials are currently investigating the case.
Vijay Antony is a popular music composer and later turned actor who predominantly works in Tamil Cinema. He is popular in Telugu as well. Vijay Antony is currently busy with his upcoming project Raththam and recently conducted a concert in Chennai which was a huge hit.
Vijay and his wife Fathima had two daughters Meera and Lara.
