In an interesting development, Telugu Desam Party chief Nara Chandrababu Naidu gets a 4-week interim bail in the ongoing Skill Development Case. According to the latest update, Chandrababu was granted bail by the High Court on medical grounds. Ex-Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh Nara Chandrababu Naidu who was in Rajahmundry Central Prison on judicial remand appealed to the court seeking fool-proof security in and around the prison premises.
The ACB court rejected the bail and so the lawyers approached the high court. The hearing over the petition was completed on Monday and the court reserved its verdict. The court delivered it today.
Chandrababu was in jail for the past 53 days. With the bail news breaking out, Telugu Desam supporters have started to celebrate. More details about this update will be out very soon.
