The AP CID is not going to leave Telugu Desam Party chief Nara Chandrababu Naidu anytime soon, it seems. The agency is trying its best to corner the TDP supremo but CBN always finds a way to come out. After fighting against multiple cases, Chandrababu Naidu has a fresh chargesheet against him.
AP CID has filed a chargesheet against Chandrababu Naidu in the case of the assigned land. They have included former minister Narayana as co-accused who was the Minister for Municipal Administration and Urban Development back then.
The CID placed the chargesheet in the cases on the Assigned Lands’ scam in the Capital city Cr. No.14/2020 and Cr. No.15/2020 of CID P.S, A.P, Mangalagiri, U/Sec 420, 409, 506, 166, 167,217 & 109 r/w 34, 35, 36, 37 and 120(B) IPC, Sec 3(1)(g) & 3(2) (Va) of SCs & STs (POA) Amendment Act 2015, & Sec 7 of AP Assigned Lands (Prohibition of Transfer) Act 1977 & Sec13(2) r/w 13(1) (c)&(d) of Prevention of Corruption Act 1988 Assigned lands valued at Rs.4400 Crore in an extent of about 1100 acres in the Amaravati Capital City.
Anne Sudheer Babu, a former tahsildar of Thulluru Mandal, KP V Anjani Kumar, MD of Ramakrishna Housing Pvt Limited was also included in the charge sheet.
