At the time of the Oscar entry selections, everyone thought that RRR will be India’s entry as it is the most popular movie this year and has even won so much international recognition. However, the Film Federation of India (FFI) shocked many and chose an art kind of movie Chhello Show which was dubbed for the International audience as the Last Film Show as India’s official entry.
The film turned the heads of the Indian audiences after the official selection. It had a theatrical release very recently and now it is streaming on the OTT platform. Netflix has bought the streaming rights to the movie.
Netflix India tweeted, “The future belongs to storytellers. Storytellers like Samay. Catch his story and love for cinema in #LastFilmShow. India’s Official Selection for Best International Feature Film at the 95th Oscars is Now Streaming in Hindi & Gujarati!”
The film is available in Gujarati and Hindi languages.
