We all know that Bheemla Nayak is a special film and Pawan fans loved their hero watching a powerful police character. However, during the making of this film there were speculations that it was Nandamuri Balakrishna who was first approached to play the titular role. The news is that Balakrishna said no to the script and suggested Pawan Kalyan would fit the bill.
However, many raised doubts over the news and stroked off as some enthusiasts making something out of nothing. Surprisingly it turns out to be true. In the latest Unstoppable episode, Bheemla Nayak producer Naga Vamsi appeared and Balakrishna asked him why he didn’t make Bheemla Nayak with him.
Naga Vamsi answered, “Sir, I actually brought this remake first for you. But you rejected it. You suggested it would be better if Kalyan plays that role.”
So, the speculations are true and it was Balayya who suggested Pawan’s name.
