It is an open secret that things are not well between Raj Bhavan and Pragati Bhavan. Telangana governor Tamilisai Soundararajan is now in Delhi and only a few minutes back she has met Prime Minister Narendra Modi. After the meeting, Tamilisai has spoken to the media. She said that “It’s the responsibility of the Chief Secretary to implement the protocol. I’m not a controversial person but a straightforward person. Everyone should respect the system, should not take personal interests into account.”
Governor has clarified that there is no controversy regarding the MLC nominations. “I believed that the name they sent is not appropriate for the service sector. I have sent the same info. There is no controversy. I am open to discussions with KCR. I am even open for public debate,” said the governor.
Tamilisai has clarified that she is not here to update the controversies happening in the state. “I came here to discuss issues such as tribal reservations, government hospitals performance, etc.,” she concluded. Tamilisai is set to meet Amit Shah later today.
