Last weekend, the Telugu box office saw two releases Brahmastra and Sharwanand’s Oke Oka Jeevitham. Sharwanand got a huge sigh of relief as after three years his movie has got a positive talk. Oke Oka Jeevitham started on a slow note. But the critics’ reviews and strong word of mouth worked in the movie’s favor.
Oke Oka Jeevitham’s third-day collections are higher than that of the second day and are the same when compared to the first day. However, the movie needs to make up for the slow start and should hold well on the weekdays for the movie to become a safe venture.
Brahmastra on the other side surprised everyone. The movie hasn’t got a positive talk on the first day. Still, it raked in handsome money. Over the weekend, this action-adventure epic has collected a huge share of Rs. 12 Crores from the Telugu States which is a huge number for a Bollywood dubbed movie.
Another dubbed release Captain is a total washout.
