Manchu Vishnu is eagerly awaiting the result of his next Ginna, which is touted to be an out-and-out comedy entertainer. The film is hitting the screens on October 21st and during the promotions, Manchu Vishnu announced that he acquired the remake rights of the 2019 Malayalam hit Android Kunjappan 5.25.
The film has a science fiction backdrop but deals majorly with the relationship between a father and a son. Manchu Vishnu revealed that Mohan Babu is going to play the lead role of the Father and has also said that a prominent Telugu actor will play his son.
When asked whether he will play the son’s role Vishnu denied it. “I am scared of my father,” he said. The regular shooting might start in January next year. More details will be announced very soon.
Android Kunjappan 5.25 was directed by Ratheesh Balakrishnan Poduval and has Suraj Venjaramoodu, Soubin Shahir, and Sooraj Thelakkad in the lead roles.
