Samantha Ruth Prabhu has played the titular role in the movie Shaakuntalam, a mythological drama based on ‘Adi Parva’ in Mahabharatha. The movie’s shooting got completed long back. Currently, the movie is in the post-production stages. Recently, the movie’s producer Neelima Guna interacting with fans on social media has revealed interesting facts about the movie.
She has revealed that the post-production works are going at a rapid pace. Samantha’s first look will be revealed very soon and it is going to be a special one. She has also said that Shaakuntalam is a Pan India film that will be released in five Indian languages. The film will be released very soon this year, she said.
About the villain, Neelima Guna shared that Kabir Duhan Singh has played the main antagonist, who is King Asura. “He has put on so much hard work. The armor he had on weighed some 30 kilos. Thank you Kabir Ji for your efforts,” she shared. Guna Sekhar is the director of the movie.
