“Emotionally difficult to dub for Puneeth,” says his brother

Kannada star actor Puneeth Rajkumar’s sudden demise has shocked not only the entire Karnataka but also the whole country. Puneeth’s last movie James is gearing up for release on March 17th. It is scheduled on the occasion of Puneeth’s birth anniversary. The actor has completed the shooting but not the dubbing.

The makers have found it tough to find a suitable voice to dub for Puneeth’s role. Finally, the makers of James have approached Puneeth’s elder brother, star hero Shiva Rajkumar. The actor said in an interview that dubbing for Puneeth is extremely difficult. “It is emotionally very difficult watching Puneeth on the screen and dub for him facing the fact that he is no more. I am trying to dub but I am not sure whether audiences will accept it or not,” said Shivanna.

Apart from dubbing Shiva Rajkumar has also played a cameo in the movie. His other brother Raghavendra Rajkumar also played a special cameo. Karnataka is coming forward to give a fitting tribute to Puneeth Rajkumar with James.
