After getting associated with Baahubali, Karan Johar is now more interested in films down South. He has now acquired the remake rights of the Malayalam latest sensation Hridayam. He has acquired the rights for Hindi along with Telugu and Tamil. He has associated with Fox Star Studios for this deal. Starring Pranav Mohanlal and Kalyani Priyadarshan in the lead roles, Hridayam is a romantic entertainer.
The film has got sensational reviews from all over. The romantic feel in the movie is liked by all. Now, the film is getting Pan Indian image as well. Vineeth Srinivasan has directed the original and there is no confirmation on who will direct the remake.
Karan Johar is likely to announce the details of the cast and crew very soon.
